SYSTEMS OF HEATING
The generators of hot air are an optimum source of heat and permit great adaptability to the typical needs of a firm, with limited dimensions and encumbrance. The installation is designed and built in such a way as to be utilized easily and in complete safety, while the choice of insulating materials on the entire boiler shell guarantees a high level of thermal insulation.
HOT AIR, DIESEL FIRED GENERATORS
The hot air generators fired by diesel are composed of a caisson in galvanized sheet, the internal boiler in steel, helical or centrifugal ventilation on request, and directional coupling-box with perforated downtake in polyethylene. Riello burners are assembled using electronic thermostats with digital displays to control the internal temperature, bi-thermostat, electronic switchboard, bend, cap and smoke ducts. All items are inspected.
The production is composed of the following models: series A (suspended type) and series B (trolley type).
HOT AIR GENERATOR MODEL I.E.
Hot air generator fired by biomass with combustion boiler in steel of CORTEN, pressed tube bundle with internal inoxidizable steel turbulators. There are also insulated doors for cleaning and helicoidal or centrifugal ventilation for the diffusion of hot air. An easy to use switchboard with luminous LCD enables you to see the environmental temperature, the temperature of the fumes as well as the various set ups and functions. The burner with a stove in cast iron is fired from the base, for optimum combustion. The automatic starting allows an autonomous function. The mechanical firing has a double cochlea with a flame valve system.

THE PRIMAVERA BOILER
A biomass boiler for central heating systems with electronic modulation and triple round of smoke. An easy to use control panel with a luminous LCD display enables you to see the temperature of the boiler, the temperature of the smoke and the various indicator lights plus an acoustic alarm signal in case of overheating. The cast iron stove burner is fired from the base for optimum combustion. The automatic starting allows an autonomous function ( only for wood pellet burners) or electronic modulation ( for olive residues, nuts and chopped shells burning etc). Firing has a double cochlea with a flame valve system. All the boilers have integrated hoppers and are also adaptable to a bulk storage hopper with an automatic supply system.
